Abstract:

Problem statement. Achieving a reliable assessment of the effectiveness of electronic warfare systems is the most important task of the entire process of developing and testing electronic warfare systems. Its determination is a very complex and expensive procedure. In order to reduce costs, an experimental-theoretical method is widely used. The essence of this method lies in the application of the method of modeling the operation of electronic warfare systems. Relevance of the model describing a real object is confirmed by experimental verification of the results. However, the problem of verifying the effectiveness of an electronic warfare system in conditions of use against the electronic means of an eventual enemy, the analogues of which are absent, and the physical implementation of a prototype is impractical, remains relevant. It is proposed to extend the application of this method for assessing the effectiveness of electronic warfare systems against an eventual enemy by implementing the technology of creating and using digital twins of electronic means based on a priori information about the operating principles of real electronic means.

Purpose. Design a technology for creating digital twins with the ability to integrate into a single system of software and hardware modeling, with the subsequent ability to develop a single modular environment that includes digital twins of existing tools developed using the proposed technology.

Results. A technology for creating digital twins has been designed. The technology describes the process of creating digital twins of RES with known parameters with its subsequent integration into an existing system. The technology requires the creation of reliable models of the radar environment with flexible configuration of the environment and the ability to make adjustments during scenario modeling. This approach will reduce the costs and time for commissioning new models, facilitate integration into a single system.

A review of existing solutions has been performed. An assessment of their compliance and the possibility of their integration with the presented technology has been carried out.

Practical significance. The technology allows creating a digital twin of RES using a standardized approach. This approach accelerates development and reduces the costs of developing and commissioning a new twin. The technology also allows for quick identification and integration of an existing solution, if any. The technology provides for the possibility of integrating existing digital twins and their standardization.
