Using random parameters of digital signals (in- and out) processing at electronic technical scanning are considered. Tasks solving of digital signals processing has occurred because of the windows of time- and space sampling limited by weight functions calculated at a detection, an estimation (measurements) and a filtering. The choice conditions of internal and external signal parameters under the solving the key processing problems which related to the stochastic occurring and link contrast to classical theory are the subjects of this article. The special attention has paid to introducing the artificial uncertainty into the digital processing and generating the signals; which involves along with already existing classical noises and interference the randomization in their conditions of receiving and transmitting.
