Abstract:

To date, there are several positions reflecting different understandings of artificial intelligence. The scientific community has not come to an understanding of the need to coordinate positions, to see the place of each of the possible positions in the currently existing number of different artificial intelligence systems. Calls to find a common position do not lead to the creation of something new, but impose their own ideas about artificial intelligence. There is no understanding of the need for the existence and development of all positions at the same time.

The coordination of various positions in the understanding of artificial intelligence, the actualization of research in this scientific field, the practical implementation of such a systemic property as emergence.

The article proposes an approach to the development of electronic warfare with the use of artificial intelligence, leading to an increase in their effectiveness.

It is necessary to create prerequisites for the development of new models and methods for solving problems that were traditionally considered intelligent and previously defied formalization and automation. This should lead to the development of applied systems in the field of electronic warfare capable of solving tasks for which previously created systems were unsuitable.
