The main factors influencing the throughput of multi-channel radar with time-division phased array are determined. Dependencies for estimating the radar throughput were obtained. The energy characteristics of the radar and the main parameters of the target tracking process are taken into account. An increase in radar throughput is shown due to an improved two-stage review procedure, adaptive review of the radar coverage area, and increased accuracy of target coordinate measurements when using “virtual” antenna arrays or remote receiving positions. In addition, an increase in the radar throughput is shown due to the implementation of the radar operating mode by combining continuous emission of a sensing signal for transmission and pulsed reception of the signal reflected from the target.
