Abstract:

Statement of the problem. Today a relevant task is obtaining radar images (RI) at various evolutions of the movement of the carrier of the radar with the synthesized aperture (SAR).

Purpose. To find interrelation of necessary accuracy of definition of a trajectory of the movement of the SAR carrier from the clock frequency of ADC and wavelength of the probing radiation.

Results. It is shown that the probability of the correct definition of a phase of the reflected signal depends on the number of lengths of the waves which are in one channel of inclined range.

Practical importance. On the basis of the revealed interrelation of necessary accuracy of definition of a trajectory of the movement of the SAR carrier from the clock frequency of ADC and wavelength of the probing radiation requirements to the navigation system of the aircraft can be formulated.
