The paper considers the approach to managing the stability parameters of complex infocommunication systems based on the structural-parametric method of analysis and synthesis of the state of opposing systems. An algorithm for controlling the parameters of the system's resistance to destructive influences with a priori uncertainty of the intentions of the impact is proposed. The solution of the problem of increasing the stability of the infocommunication system in the dynamics of the development of an antagonistic conflict using a system of Kolmogorov differential equations and the optimal distribution of its protective resource is obtained.
The proposed approach, the developed algorithm and the results obtained can be used to justify the requirements for stability parameters and their implementation in infocommunication systems as part of the transition to methods of increasing its stability based on artificial intelligence.
