Abstract:

The article provides recommendations for solving the problem of determining the peak power of a pulsed optical signal. A variant of seasonal changes in the values of the integral albedo of the Earth is considered, taking into account the imposition of background noise. Experimental data obtained from the “Glonass-М” satellite correlate satisfactorily with theoretical calculations of background illumination calculated for different spectral ranges.

into account the values of background illumination in the ultraviolet region Wlulmax=5,3·10-4 Вt/сm2, in the infrared region
Wlinf max=14.0·10-4 Вt/сm2.
