When testing, in the frequency range from 30 Hz to 150 kHz, test benches are used in which the Helmholtz induction coil serves as a converter of the generator signal into an alternating low-frequency magnetic field. In the frequency range from 0.15 to 30 MHz, a loop antenna is used to convert the high-frequency signal of the generator into an alternating magnetic field. However, when creating a complex for testing technical means for resistance to a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, there are certain difficulties associated with matching the output impedance of a signal generator with a loop antenna in a wide frequency range and ensuring a given level of magnetic field strength with a limited generator power.
