In this article algorithm for detecting and determining the position of signal source produced by an active subscriber terminal of a cellular communication system GSM standard is introduced. Also there are presented results of simulation of the detection system operation and results of experiments on monitoring the signal spectrum of an active subscriber GSM cellular communication system.
