Abstract:

Statement of a problem. Reducing the repair time of switching power supplies  is an important problem for any modern enterprise. However, at the moment there is no universal technique for repairing low-power converters, and the repair experience is not systematized, which leads to a slowdown in the technological process.

Purpose. Development of a methods for optimal technical diagnostics and repair of DC-DC converters, which allows to increase the speed of repair of products. As a result, this will lead to reduce the time spent on troubleshooting modules, thereby increasing labor productivity and reducing the total manufacturing of products.

Results. The proposed technique is used in the serial production of low-power DC-DC converters at an industrial enterprise. The implementation of procedures for the search and elimination of defects included in the methodology made it possible to reduce the time of the technological process of module repair by an average of 12%.

Practical importance. The developed methodology uses the most optimal methods of technical diagnostics of pulse converters and covers the main types of malfunctions that make up more than 70% of product failures.
