Problem statement. The overall effect of using management systems, improving the quality of management and performance of complex systems, such as electronic warfare, are determined by a significant number of indicators. Some of them characterize, in fact, the system as one of the types of new control technology, others reflect a change in the operation of electronic warfare as a result of the use of innovations, and others show the quality of scientific and methodological support that characterizes the functioning of an automated system for its intended purpose.

Goal. The directions of increasing the efficiency of management of complex – organized systems, such as electronic warfare, are proposed.

Result. Constructive detailing of some methodological provisions for ensuring effective management of complex systems, such as electronic warfare, has been carried out.

Practical significance. It consists in using the results of the development of some methodological provisions that ensure effective management of complex systems, such as electronic warfare.
