Abstract:

In article the way of detection of the nonlinear elements in electronic devices on existence in the reflected signal of combinational frequencies of the third order 2f2-f1, 2f1-f2 at simultaneous probing two-frequency by signals with frequencies f1 and f2. At the mutual movement of the radar and an object, the way allows to synthesized radar image of a point of arrangement of a nonlinear element.
