In article the question of use of radars with the synthesized aperture (SAR) in different conditions is considered. Use of SAR allows to create radar images (RLI) of photographic quality with resolution capacity to 10 cm in the centimetric range of radio waves. Also the opportunity to receive RLI not directly under the SAR carrier, and on considerable removal from the line of the way belongs to advantages before optical patterns. It is necessary when mapping places of accidents (eruption of volcanoes, areas of the typhoons which are in the zone and other cataclysms). On work of SAR has no impact the smoke, weather conditions and time of day.
