Abstract:

An approach is proposed to justify the choice of scenario parameters for testing the operability of the RAIM (ARAIM) algorithms used in NAP when detecting single faults, which consists in specifying fault values close to the minimum values, at which their guaranteed detection is ensured. It is shown that when implementing this approach, when determining the magnitude of a failure in a test scenario, it is necessary to take into account the value of pseudorange measurement errors, which must be evaluated during tests, and the value of the fos factor for the NSA, in whose measurements in accordance with the scenario the failure is included. Based on the calculated values of the probabilities of correct detection of single faults realized by the ARAIM algorithm and the algorithm using the decisive rule based on the square of the parity vector norm, an empirical expression for the minimum values of faults, at which their guaranteed detection is provided, is obtained.
