Abstract:

Problem statement. Methods that using phase measurements can be useful for calibration DAA. They can achieve the minimum number of measurements per channel. However, special synchronization line that provides the reference signal between the receiving and transmitting antennas is needed. Without such line phase drift is occurs. It makes compromise the ability to calibrate.

Purpose. Propose methods for correcting phase drift that do not require technical refinement of the calibration equipment.

Results. Methods for correcting the phase drift are proposed, and their operability is shown on a mathematical model of the array.

Practical relevance. Methods for correcting phase drift are proposed. It make possible to significantly weaken the requirements for calibration equipment.
