Abstract:

In this article the new approach in the development of the digital signal processing equipment is described, the schemes demonstrate the possibility of digital processing without using analog modulators and demodulators but providing instantaneous signal processing band more than 1 GHz. Also the methods for constructing ultra-high digital receivers operating in Nyquist zones and modeling of the devices operating in Nyquist zones are considered. The article demonstrates the results of modeling thermal processes of the device based on the heat generation parameters of real high-frequency components of the scheme.
