A crossed dipole circularly polarized antenna demand of a feed network that splits an input signal into four orthogonal (0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°) phased signals with equal magnitudes. This paper presents a 4 - way lumped element power dividers with specified phase shifts, which operate in the range from 50 to 500 MHz on a domestic and imported electronic component base which are fabricated and measured. The article presents the results of the developed devices: transmission coefficients, decoupling between ports, phase difference between the input ports and output, VSWR of ports. The feed network based on imported electronic components consists of two out-of-phase- hybrids SMJ-C8 and one quadrature hybrid DQS-30-450. The feed network based on domestic electronic components consists of seven wire transformers with ferrite cores and two wire transformers with dielectric cores. The specified phase shifts are maintained in the developed devices within 8 degrees. The distribution of amplitudes over the output ports is uneven. Moreover, for a device with an imported electronic component, the spread in amplitude was 2.6 dB, the loss was from 1 to 3.5 dB in the operating frequency range. The divider, assembled from domestic components, showed the worst results: the amplitude spread was 4.7 dB, the losses were from 0.3 to 4.8 dB in the operating frequency range.
