Abstract:

The continuous increase of functional capabilities and structure amplification of a computer element base is a specific feature of modern development means of computer technology.

Any computer system represents a complex of apparatus and program means, used for getting, keeping, transformation and giving the information to the terminals independent of technical realization complexity and importance of resolvable problems.

As far as the information existence is impossible without physical medium then the information itself is drawn in case of computer system or its components failure. The information failure or its distortion will have material adverse effects for the controlled objects and systems. But the information failure in computer systems is possible without its memory hardware destruction in case of failure arising in apparatus work.

The great deal of internal and external destabilizing factors affect the apparatus of computer systems in exploitation process, that leads to the activation of the internal damages of constructive and element base and as a consequence there is a premature apparatus refusal and increase of the intensity of hard failure and failure of computer systems.

For ensuring a high level of computer systems reliability in its manufacture a vital importance shows the objective appraisement of reliability index taking into account the actual operating conditions of the designed aircraft. But the majority practice usage models of reliability index evaluation don’t take into account the features of the occurrence of failures and failures of aircraft elements and give only an approximate estimate of the real values of these indications. The reliability models proposed in this paper link the parameters of the operating environment of the control aircraft with the indicators of its reliability which allows us to more accurately assess the level of reliability of both designed and operated aircraft and accordingly to take effective measures to ensure the reliability of computer systems.
