Abstract:

Formulation of the problem. Analysis of the regulatory framework and literary sources shows a weak study of the topic of justifying technological solutions at the stage from hot plastic deformation of the workpiece to obtaining a machined part in terms of ensuring the quality of its surface, material structure, and stable structural strength.

Target. Study of the influence of the optimized structure of the material on its characteristics through the index of machinability. Results. It is shown that optimization of the structure in blanking operations at subsequent technological transitions improves not only the properties of the material, but also the machinability and surface quality of the blanks obtained. Increases mechanical and structural strength of finished products.

Practical significance. The experimental results obtained indicate that the parts with an optimized structure have increased air tightness, vacuum density, and resistance to the development of destructive corrosion processes.
