Abstract:

Insufficient level of information support for the crew of an aviation complex or an automated defense complex when attacking a guided missile from the side of the rear hemisphere.

Purpose is substantiation of the design option and the principle of operation of the optical-electronic subsystem of information support of the aviation complex in the interests of protecting its rear hemisphere from attacking weapons.

A variant of constructing an optical-electronic subsystem for information support of means of protecting an aircraft from an attacking guided missile from the side of the rear hemisphere was proposed. Methods for detecting and evaluating target coordinates when implementing the principles of passive and passive-active optical location are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are given.

The proposed structure of the optoelectronic subsystem for information support of protective equipment can be used to detect the fact of launch, assess the range and angular coordinates of a missile attacking from the rear hemisphere, both in passive and passive-active modes as part of an automated defense complex of an aviation complex.
