Modern conditions for the use of forces and means of complex technical control are characterized by a significant territorial scope of simultaneous implementation of measures to control the effectiveness of information protection at spatially distributed objects of various categories, which determines the need to manage the processes of monitoring the effectiveness of information protection in conditions of procedural, functional and parametric uncertainties. Development of models for monitoring the effectiveness of information protection at the objects of complex technical control and estimation procedure for alternatives to the use of information protection tools to select the best way of the counteraction to technical means of intelligence.
Based on the results of research devoted to improving the effectiveness of weakly structured solutions for monitoring the effectiveness of information protection at the objects of complex technical control, models of information protection processes and methods for estimating the effectiveness of measures taken to counteraction to technical intelligence are proposed, which provide support for decision-making processes on the presence of technical channels for leakage of protected information with a vaguely defined initial information about the composition and characteristics of technical intelligence tools, conditions for conducting exploration and parameters of the objects of complex technical control. Qualitative and quantitative estimates of the vector of indicators for estimating the effectiveness of information protection at objects of complex technical control were obtained, and a methodology and algorithms for estimating the effectiveness of information protection were developed, taking into account the measures for counteraction to technical means of intelligence. The proposed method can be used as part of special software complexes for monitoring the effectiveness of measures to counteraction technical intelligence.
