The article is devoted to modeling the design of the console device for strength under vibration exposure. When creating a typical product operation model, the main operating modes and levels of external factors and loads of each mode were determined. For this remote control, the most difficult effect is vibrational, since it is it that creates multi-cycle loading of the structure, which affects the strength of the product as a whole. The article describes the models and mathematical features of the organization of the source data for modeling. When comparing the calculated stresses and permissible stresses, the strength of the product is determined. Allowable stresses are determined using endurance curves for each material of the instrument construction. In turn, a similar approach in determining the strength allows you to determine the number of loading cycles during vibration exposure for each structural element and determine the time between them. A similar approach allowed us to determine the estimated value of the uptime of the remote control. Such modeling can be carried out at any stage of the design of the device.
