Abstract:

The article considers the relevance of developing methodological bases for testing promising samples of electronic warfare equipment and other types of weapons, military and special equipment at the required level in the conditions of the test site, including the creation of a universal experimental testing base, a unified testing methodology and a regulatory framework in the interests of the Russian defense Ministry and Federal Executive authorities. The methodological apparatus of the process of formation of the order for the development of experimental base with a long-term and short-term goals of its development, state of the enterprises-developers and limits appropriations for R & d and production. The results of execution are given
