Abstract:

The development and production of modern radio-electronic and telecommunications equipment is an important science-intensive high-tech industry, on the successful development of which progress in many other areas significantly depends. An important role in the organization, planning and implementation of innovative activities of industry enterprises is played by regulatory and methodological support for this activity, including the use of methods for determining the labor intensity of work and their individual stages, taking into account the technical characteristics of the equipment being developed and manufactured.

In the article the peculiarities of innovative activities of enterprises and associations of radio-electronic cluster, principal works on creating new techniques, functions of the innovation system of an enterprise, core technologies, develop innovative solutions, the role of normative and methodological support of this activity.

The methods of determining the labor intensity of work, including ones based on a case-based approach, are considered.
