The article analysis the main factors affecting the reliability of the results of automated control of the parameters of the transmit / receive modules of the VPX standard. The mathematical apparatus for determining of the methodological and instrumental reliability of the control of parameters during the pre-start measuring control of modules is described. The outlined method for assessing the reliability of automated control, taking into account the selected composition of controlled parameters, can be used to develop a program for calculating the reliability indicators of automated control of the transmit / receive modules by the analytical method on a personal computer.
The issues related to the assessment of the dependence of the reliability indicators of the automated control of the parameters of the VPX standard modules on the main influencing factors are considered. The analysis of the methodological and instrumental components of the indicator of the reliability of automated control is carried out, their contribution to the probability of making erroneous decisions is determined. The influence on the reliability indicators of automated control of the probabilities of errors of type I and II at the test stages is shown. As a result of the study, the need for a reasonable establishment of requirements for the measurement reliability of each controlled parameter and the dependence of the reliability of the control results on the number of controlled parameters of the module were determined.
