The methodology and results of the calculation of the zone of radio suppression by the ground interference stations of GNSS receivers installed on wide-body aircraft are given. It is shown that when an antenna is used in the transmitting device, it is sharply directed in a vertical plane, it is possible that the conditions for suppressing GNSS at short distances to a wide-body aircraft due to the aircraft going beyond the main lobe of its directional diagram are not satisfied. Therefore, it seems appropriate to use a complex application in the transmitting device of simultaneously sharply directional and weakly directional antennas: sharply directional - for suppressing GNSS at long distances, weakly directional - for suppressing GNSS at short distances.
