Abstract:

Models of short-circuited pieces of coaxial transmission lines with multilayered dielectric filling which can be used for designing coaxial matched terminations of new type are considered in this paper. Frequency dependencies of reflection coefficient for different options of such terminations filling are analyzed by the finite element method. Obtained numerical data are verified with the help of alternative numerical approach on the finite integration technique.
