The article is devoted to the research of magnetic parametric generation in crossed electric and magnetic fields for the case of relatively small in magnitude, constant and variable magnetic fields. The paper shows that parametric oscillation is possible at terahertz frequencies being non-multiple of the cyclotron frequency at small sizes of interaction space.
