Abstract:

Presents the analysis of results experimental research of nonlinear distortion in microwave amplifiers with O-type TWT. Proposed linearization amplifier characteristics method with an additional signal, and the recovery of the microwave electromagnetic field energy. This data allow to conclude that linearization amplifier characteristics with an additional signal and energy recovery of microwave electromagnetic field can provide high stability of linearization, a significant increase in the reliability and efficiency of the microwave amplifiers on TWT.
