Abstract:

Based on the theory of excitation of waveguide and resonator electrodynamic systems by intense electron fluxes, an electrodynamically grounded physical picture of the excitation of the waveguide system is constructed in the case of highlighting of the most intense own potential electric field of the electron beam. Equations for currents in a waveguide with an electron beam are obtained, and the continuity equation for the induced current. The results of the analysis can be used to construct equivalent circuits of a traveling wave tube with an electron beam, which are represent a complete mathematical models of devices at the macro level of the object description.
