Abstract:

In the solid-state structures with ballistic or quasiballistic mode of propagation of electron beams it is possible to create analogues of optical lenses, deflecting the optical radiation. Based on the equations of continuity, motion, fields, and a certain law of change of the dielectric constant in a solid environment offers a mathematical model of grouping of the electron beam. Analytical solution of the system of equations allows to conclude that the implemented resonant spatially periodic structure. This effect allows you to use it in solid deflectors of laser radiation.
