Abstract:

The effect of chaotic impulsive jamming with random duration and phase of pulse upon a data channel with coherent reception of binary phase shift keyed signal has been analyzed. Analytic expressions for estimation of bit-error rate as a function of jamming powerto-signal power ratio at the input of a receiver have been obtained. It was supposed that pulse durations of a hindrance are exponentially distributed, and phases of a hindrance pulses are uniformly distributed.
