Circuit design solutions providing high-precision measurement of voltage difference between several nodes of a subcircuit containing elements connected in series attached to a pulsed current source are considered. Possibilities of modern operational amplifiers (OA) with respect to measuring voltage difference between circuit nodes are described. Equations for resolution and conversion range of differential amplifier are given. The necessity of «Rail-to-Rail» OA application is discussed. Recommendations for providing synchronization of signal measurement time intervals using CAN bus are suggested on the example of subcircuit containing diodes with relative but different current-voltage characteristics connected in series.
