Abstract:

Questions of support of quality control of submodules of the output power amplifiers (OPA) of the Transmit/Receive modules (TRM) of Active Phased Array Antennas (APAA) of the X-band are briefly considered. The structure is given and operation of an automated measuring complex for measurement of electrical parameters and monitoring of thermal characteristics of submodules OPA TRM APAA of the X-band is described. Results of a research of selective distributions of OPA submodules on power parameters are discussed. Dependences of output power of OPA on temperature are given and the possibility of effective identification of defects of installation of OPA on local overheating of elements by means of an IR-microscope is shown.
