Abstract:

An adaptive moving-target indication system consisting of an adaptive notch filter with cross-weight ratio control and its possibilities for further improvement and optimization is considered. A new structure of the adaptive moving-target indication system is proposed, which has both a notch part and an improved Doppler part. It is shown that the proposed improved moving-target indication system in the process of processing the input unclassified sample requires almost two orders of magnitude less computing operations than the base one. Conditions are found under which it is possible to use an advanced moving-target indication system in conjunction with probing chirp signals.
