In article the analysis of dependence of an error of determination of pseudo-range in satellite radio navigational «GLONASS» system from extent of the ionospheric indignations which are followed by increase of both average value of electronic concentration, and her fluctuations is carried out. It is established that in case of strong ionospheric indignations the error of determination of pseudo-range caused by increase in average value of electronic concentration can reach thousands of meters, the error caused by fluctuations of electronic concentration – several tens meters, the noise error of determination of pseudo-range in these conditions can reach 40 meters.
