Abstract:

Method of frequency-independent radiation characteristics forming in a wide frequency band was proposed for planar antenna arrays with uniform amplitude excitation. On the examples of antenna arrays with circular, elliptical and polygonal apertures, it was shown that partial radiation patterns stabilization effect can be achieved in the bandwidth of not less than four octaves. The practical implementation questions of the proposed method were considered.
