Abstract:

Here we propose a new method to identify the oscillation. This method is based on the analysis of power characteristics obtained from the video sequences, which involves amplitude examination at zero phase of the phase-power spectrum. We found a link between the periodic movement of an object and the graph of the phase-power spectrum constant. Moreover, we investigated whether the motion blur affects this graph.
