Abstract:

A new method of accuracy improvement of the second diffraction order signal compensation while the acousto-optic analyzers frequency bandwidth expansion above one octave, has been proposed and studied. The calculation of the necessary service signal which is required for providing the complete compensation of the second diffraction order signal, has been listed.
