Abstract:

Article continues a cycle of the works representing results of creation of the pilot production of receiver-transmitter modules (RTM) at the developer-enterprise PJSC «Radiofizika».

In article the common principles of creation of an efficient pilot production are described.

The conception of creation of a pilot production of RTM APAA is presented in the form of two-level integrated system of production patches and specific features of a pilot production of RTM APAA were been considered. The principles and tools of the such production allow to reduce influence of factors of variability, especially for the new types of RTM APAA.

The generalized structural and parametrical description of the pilot production of the developer enterprise is offered in article for the management of the created pilot production of RTM APAA. The novel structure of the functional model of the production patch was been considered like the «atomic» cell having all properties of the enclosed hierarchical systems.
