Abstract:

The article considers the features of application Russian integrated circuits in broadband radio electronic complexes on the example of designing the broadband quadrature channel the reception of microwave signals with devices to detect and measure the carrier frequency. It is shown that the use of the Russian element base combined with special technical solutions and signal processing algorithms allows in a broadband quadrature channel receiving instantaneous bandwidth processed microwave signals 500…700 MHz.
