Abstract:

Тhe model and algorithms for the implementation of the non-binary information channel (IC) with a secondary (protective) coding with the code signal feature (CSF) are proposed. They provide at the expense of increase of the level of noise immunity the improvement of the reliability of receiving information in the IC in terms of the action of impulse random noise (IRN) of high intensity.
