Abstract:

The results of an experimental study of dielectric properties in the band from 4 GHz to 8 GHz of polymeric composite nanomaterials based on thick low-density polyethylene films with bulk filling of cadmium sulfide nanoparticles with a mass concentration of 10−30 wt.% are presented. The effect of nanoparticle sizes on the magnitude of the dielectric loss tangent is shown.
