Theory of a multiplier with a sheet electron beam and double-vane slow-wave structure is developed. In the first cascade, modulation of the electron beam on nearly 0.1 THz frequency is provided. Owing to nonlinearity, second harmonic of the bunched current is excited, which drives the output cascade on nearly 0.2 THz frequency. Effect of length of the different cascades on the maximal output signal amplitude is studied.
