Abstract:

The analysis of the limitations of the known analytical method for the phase synthesis of array antenna is conducted. A multi-criteria approach to decision problem of the phase synthesis of linear phased antenna arrays is suggested. The essential of the method is combining evolutionary algorithm and principle of management fan of partial beams. It allows to make an reasonable choice of the phase distribution in the linear phased array satisfying a set of requirements to the energy performance of the antenna, as an approximation of the radiation pattern in the work area, and also to the direction of the main peak of radiation pattern and the level of the back side lobes
