Abstract:

The issue discusses the current state of the antenna systems used for DF complexes of radio signals with random (vertical and horizontal) linear polarization. Particular attention is given to complexes manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz (Germany) and TCI (USA), since these complexes allow simultaneous direction finding of signals with vertical and horizontal polarization. Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of commercially available direction finding systems and complexes, offered promising areas of development defined by the existing practical needs.
