Abstract:

This article reviews the basic most used CAE software for engineering simulation and optimization models: ANSYS, CATIA, ABAQUS, Solid Works, NX NASTRAN/PATRAN, Solid Edge, MSC.NASTRAN, COMSOL, CREO, includes, T-Flex and others Formulated the basic criteria that must be met for programmatic package for its successful use in the electronic industry. A comparative analysis of the capabilities, advantages and disadvantages of CAE tools, and examples their use in the world practice in the process of creating the electronic modules of the third level. It is shown that the solution to this problem is possible using some of the funds average and severe CAD at the top level. Selected the three most promising in the field of electronics and software product that a universal opportunities have specialised modules focused on application in electronic and instrument-making industries: ANSYS, MSC.NASTRAN and CREO.
