The approach to the detection of the pulse signals from the background noise additive noise from Rayleigh probability density distribution of the amplitude of the input a priori uncertainty in the impact of its properties (noise characteristics and parameters of the video). It proposed analytical solution based on the differentiation of input influence in the formation of the detection threshold signals. The possibility of using informative component in the form of a derivative exposure to the input for generating and tracking detection threshold invariant to the intensity of input signals.
