Abstract:

The technique of comparative analysis of the classical SAR and SAR of MIMO type adequate to the Earth Remote Sensing problem is offered. As indicators of SAR the resolution in range and azimuth coordinate, and the radiometric sensitivity and radiometric resolution discusses. Examples are given of quantitative comparisons for these variants of SAR, operating in the X band with respect to the location of the SAR on the spacecraft and aircraft carriers.
