Abstract:

A method of forming a detection threshold of video pulses on the background of the additive fluctuation noise in a priori uncertainty about the value of signal parameters and characteristics of the interference n t( ) . The mathematical approach based on the detection of the accumulation differential random process  (t, ,S) with subsequent formation of the threshold voltage П( )Tj used over time as a measure Tj Иmax when compared unipolar emission threshold П . It has been shown that differentiation of the video input action significantly reduces the formation of the threshold error in measuring the intensity  stream of video pulses in the input exposure. The proposed functional and structural organization of video detection device using the method for forming a detection threshold on the basis of detecting the accumulation of differentiated input action under a priori uncertainty of signal characteristics and associated noise.
